The best! Tracey and her team were incredibly efficient, effective, kind and helpful from start to finish. Tracey’s knowledge, and the communication by the entire team is impeccable. The whole process- from readying the house to listing to managing the sale was managed by Tracey when we lived in a different state, and the process was seamless. We are so grateful and wish Tracey and her team all the best!

Sissy had helped me previously as a seller's agent, and now she's worked with me as a buyer's agent, and both experiences were stellar. She's very knowledgeable about the area, the market, and all of the ins and outs of real estate, and she shares this knowledge freely. Always on time with a list of recommendations for everything from insurance and inspectors to contractors and painters, I couldn't ask for a more a more thoughtful agent. She was willing to show me over a dozen houses and took my desires and concerns seriously. Whether you're buying or selling, you won't find a better agent who is always on your side and looking out for your interests than Sissy. I recommend her to everyone.

10/10 recommend Derek for anyone looking to buy a home. He was so easy to work with, clear and quick communication, and knows his stuff. We had been looking for a house with Derek for months, and when we finally found the one, he was on the ball, getting the process moving forward and having our backs with knowing things to look out for that weren't on our radar. Smooth, professional and helpful. I loved working with him and would point any of my friends his way. Thanks Derek!!
