His depth of understanding of the field as well as his ability to explain things in a way we all understood is impressive! He is accessible, always gives you the one on one time you need, and has a way of reassuring any client, even in the most stressful of situations. His work ethic is strong, and his attitude stays positive throughout long days and emergency situations (ex: hurricane Ida and its after effects, etc)! Paul is an extraordinary communicator, able to do things others can’t necessarily do to resolve important issues. His skills are also obvious speaking to him one on one, but he’s amazing at making you feel smarter, even while explaining really complex things. Paul is also completely relatable and very patient, making each conversation with him a pleasure - especially the ones you thought would be the tough ones!
