Kim was so much more than our realtor—she was truly a partner to our family during an incredibly difficult time. We needed to sell my mom’s home while she was recovering from a fall, and Kim understood our situation from the very beginning. She made sure my mom felt included and cared for throughout the process, while also taking so much of the burden off my shoulders since I was living far away. Her knowledge of the local area, responsiveness, and genuine compassion made all the difference. She treated us like family, and I honestly don’t know how we could have gotten through the process without her. We will always be grateful for the care and support she gave us.

Kim was excellent! She was responsive, gave great recommendations, and was a huge help with negotiations. We got more than I thought we could for the house thanks to Kim.

I met Ms Trahan through a family member which also had a great experience. Kim is very knowledgeble of the real estate market. She works tirelessly to sell your property. I was in communication with her at all times. She has the best negotiation skills of any agent I have worked with in the past. She is very professional and personable. I would highly recommend her to anybody selling property
