When you find something that works, keep on keeping on! This was our third time closing a deal on a home with Team Shedlock, and every time we were given honest feedback, personal insight, and truly caring service. Lisa wasn’t afraid to go to bat for us, and jumped through several hoops to get our condo sold in order for us to purchase our new home. There are plenty of agents out there. Lisa has a love for the city, and a deep understanding of the nuances it can take to make a good deal happen.

We ran into a very unique situation in this purchase as the seller passed away, and the property went into succession.
