Buying a home is such a big deal and can be a very scary, confusing, and overwhelming process. Kameron helped me navigate everything and stuck with me from start to finish. As a late stage millennial/early gen z, a woman, and a person of color— buying a home seemed out of reach for me. I truly didn’t think it would ever happen for me. UPDATE!: Joe kept us updated with texts and emails every once in awhile, and then it happened, the perfect house went on the market for us in Algiers. He helped us put in an offer and was working with documents till late into the night so we could get our offer in. After the offer was accepted he helped coordinate inspections, crafted a well thought out response to get repairs/cash at closing, and got us into our house with no drama. an A+ experience overall that I would highly recommend to anyone whether they are ready to buy today or even think it might be years till they might be able to afford their own home. But with grad school came student loans that complicate my financial position.
