David was great to work with & was very knowledgeable about the market. He was helpful with any questions I had & offered advice about preparing my home to sell which resulted in an offer just one day on the market. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a realtor.

To say anyone is the greatest is a bold claim, but Charlene really is. My wife and I decided to move to the New Orleans area and we had no idea where or how to start; thankfully someone who knew her referred her to us. Charlene promptly called us to introduce herself and see if she could help us with our real estate needs. After telling her our hopes and needs she quickly compiled a list of homes to see; her knowledge of all the areas in and around New Orleans became very evident. Her patience with us was also very evident as we, not being local, had no idea what area would have been good for us. After what I’m sure seemed like an eternity, we selected a house. The whole process, from inspections to signing, was as smooth as could be. Charlene constantly communicated with us as to the status of inspections and attended each and every one of them in our absence. We could not have done this move without her, literally and figuratively. Post sale Charlene continued to make sure we were transitioning to our new city and state ok. Her knowledge of resources within the city and surrounding areas, from contractors, restaurants, shopping….and even starting utility services is a true blessing. Our thanks to her cannot be expressed enough. We would highly recommend Charlene for any real estate needs and she is our go to person from here on out.

Tissie is a true professional and yet will become a part of your family. She has sold several pieces of vacant land for me in the city and rural areas, always getting the best market price! She has also found some incredible deals which have made me lots of money. Whether you are looking for a personal residence or you have cash to invest, Tissie is the best agent for anything Louisiana or Mississippi!

I met Mark at an open house at a time when I was really serious about buying a home. I had been looking for a while on my own and also using another realtor but had not been able to find my dream home. Mark asked if he could work with me to find the right house. Actually I thought it would be business as usual with list of homes that did not meet the specifications I had provided. I knew I was asking for a lot while insisting that I did not want to be house poor. To my surprise the list I received from Mark did a really good job or matching the criteria I had provided. On top of that Mark followed up with me on a regular basis and modified the criteria as he learned more about what I really wanted. Mark took the lead he was extremely attentive and took the time to answer the many question I had about the properties we visited, the home buying process, neighborhoods and school and lots of other questions unique to a single female looking for a home. I felt like I could trust Mark to have my best interest at heart and that was really important to me. If you are looking for a realtor that knows his stuff and takes pleasure in finding a house that will make you smile, this is your guy. He is the best.
