From start to finish, our experience working with Sean Gerowin to sell our home was everything we could have hoped for. He was very professional and possesses a wealth of knowledge of the New Orleans market. Too, he was always communicative & quick to respond, happy to answer any questions that came up and showed great creativity in coming up with mutually beneficial solutions. Another aspect we really appreciated was how seemless the negotiations process and closing were. We had a very positive experience all around and would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a skilled partner in buying & selling here in New Orleans!

Sean worked with us for six months to find a house that fit for us. He also has lots of local connections for repair, which is so important for buyers like us coming in from other locations. After the sale, he’s still connected and continuing to help us navigate repair and getting settled in the city. Highly recommend!

Sean was very communicative. He went far beyond what he was required to do with helping with contractors and the inspection response. Having used other real estate agents in the past, I know that Sean was fully engaged in every aspect. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
