Only then did he come up with a list of likely prospects. When he was showing, he was able to stay flexible as other properties became available, rearranging his (and our) schedule to accommodate having us see the widest spectrum of what he thought we would like. He assisted us in coming up with an acceptable offer and negotiation stance and, ultimately, I think it was a win-win for us and the seller. But it was after our offer was accepted that he really shined. Every step of the way -- from inspection, to title, to insurance, to utilities, to closing -- he kept us completely informed of what to expect and how to respond.
