Not only did she help me to buy my home in a very competitive market with multiple buyers competing for the home I eventually bought, but she also helped me to sell my home for a very competitive rate when the interest rates rose back. Both times, she made sure I was well educated on the process as a home buyer then seller and helped me to get the BEST deal. In the current market, when hardly any homes were selling, she sold my home in record time! Her ability to advertise and gauge the market is impeccable. She works overtime until the job is done.
