She begins by helping you prepare for a sale with little tips for making your property more appealing to a buyer. Then she follows up with all the paperwork so that the client doesn’t have to monitor it. Yvonne is at all the inspections and helps the buyer or seller ( we’ve been both) navigate any problems.
