This is our third experience with Yvonne. I know that when she is our agent that she uses her experience, professionalism and communication skills to complete the transaction smoothly. She begins by helping you prepare for a sale with little tips for making your property more appealing to a buyer. Then she follows up with all the paperwork so that the client doesn’t have to monitor it. Yvonne is at all the inspections and helps the buyer or seller ( we’ve been both) navigate any problems. Lastly, as a client, you want to have someone represent you that is an advocate for you and Yvonne is that agent.

We had a wonderful experience with Yvonne and Jimmy. They are clearly knowledgeable of the area and on the few occasions where we asked a question they couldn't answer immediately, they quickly did some research and got back to us. They also made sure we knew what was happening at each step of the process and made the home-buying experience easy by arranging inspectors they trust to look at the house. During the inspection period, we also wanted to arrange for a roofer to estimate the cost of replacing the roof, which they arranged for us with a contractor they trust. Through this process, Yvonne and Jimmy have always given us excellent advice and have been extremely helpful with whatever we need. We are very happy to have worked with Yvonne and can't imagine a more painless home buying experience.

Yvonne and Jimmy made the home shopping process enjoyable and easy!
