This is our third experience with Yvonne. I know that when she is our agent that she uses her experience, professionalism and communication skills to complete the transaction smoothly. She begins by helping you prepare for a sale with little tips for making your property more appealing to a buyer. They also made sure we knew what was happening at each step of the process and made the home-buying experience easy by arranging inspectors they trust to look at the house. During the inspection period, we also wanted to arrange for a roofer to estimate the cost of replacing the roof, which they arranged for us with a contractor they trust.
