I enjoyed and accepted many suggestions from Jennifer Laurent. She walked me through the closing process and I would follow her lead in getting all we needed to get the property certifications and permits for the buyer's loan process which I knew nothing about the real estate process. She was readily available to answer my questions and closing was a breeze.

UPDATE!: Joe kept us updated with texts and emails every once in awhile, and then it happened, the perfect house went on the market for us in Algiers. He helped us put in an offer and was working with documents till late into the night so we could get our offer in. After the offer was accepted he helped coordinate inspections, crafted a well thought out response to get repairs/cash at closing, and got us into our house with no drama. an A+ experience overall that I would highly recommend to anyone whether they are ready to buy today or even think it might be years till they might be able to afford their own home.
