We could not have sold our house without Kelly. She stuck with us in a volatile market until she found a buyer. She mitigated all negotiations and was there the day of our closing with us. Thanks Kelly!

My brother and I did a partial renovation to a house we listed for sale in Gentilly with Kelly Trail and from start to finish, Kelly was integral in the choices made for aesthetic touches inside and out. Her recommendations and insight of the ever changing housing market in New Orleans were always spot on and the house was successfully sold to a wonderful family during a tough market. Anyone will be hard pressed to find a more professional, communicative, and detail oriented agent like Kelly. We highly recommend Kelly for anyone's next home purchase or sale. She is a genuine delight to work with.

Not only was Kelly very professional but she was super friendly and helpful. Kelly gave us advice that helped us with the sale of our home. I will definitely us Kelly as our agent and recommend you do the same!
