My experience was an enjoyable one. Although I was discouraged by the current housing market, Jennifer was always optimistic. She's patient and encouraging. She doesn't rush you to make decisions or push you into anything you're not comfortable with. That is so important. She always explains in detail the process and is always there to answer any questions you may have. The house buying process can be stressful, but not with Jennifer as your realtor.

UPDATE!: Joe kept us updated with texts and emails every once in awhile, and then it happened, the perfect house went on the market for us in Algiers. He helped us put in an offer and was working with documents till late into the night so we could get our offer in. After the offer was accepted he helped coordinate inspections, crafted a well thought out response to get repairs/cash at closing, and got us into our house with no drama. an A+ experience overall that I would highly recommend to anyone whether they are ready to buy today or even think it might be years till they might be able to afford their own home.
