Luis helped us look at homes on the east and west bank. We appreciated his flexibility with our busy schedules and his reception to our house likes/dislikes as we searched.

We were a bit leery of working with a realtor long distance, being 360 miles away. Lance listened to all of our wishes regarding location, square footage, indoor and outdoor living spaces, style, etc… He was most thorough and communicated throughout the process. Logan was an excellent partner in selling my home. He was very thoughtful in the pricing and set expectations well for how we would proceed with price cuts if needed. The house sold at very close to listing price and was only on the market for a few days before we accepted the first offer. I was out of town so Logan helped manage tenants in the home and lots of additional issues during the period between offer and closing. He was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor in the area.
