I also had the pleasure in working with her as a seller when my fiancee and I decided we wanted a place for the both of us. We sold our house and the lot next door separately. Even though my home was newly renovated before I bought it, she brought in incredible home stagers to make it look even nicer. She also devised a plan on how to make our empty lot look nice with new plants in front and along the side so that it could appeal to an investor or someone looking to buy the house with the lot. The lot sold within days for a profit. Lisa helped me get more money than I ever thought I'd get for the house by guiding me in negotiating through a couple of counter offers with an awesome end result.
