From the point of providing me with a solid lead, upon learning my criteria, to the completion of the deal, Will provided the utmost professional assistance. In spite of having to deal with several changes made by me and my partners, which placed a heavier than usual work load on Will, he always adjusted in a very timely, professional, and/or competent manner. I definitely plan to work with Will in many deals to come and would strongly recommend his services to anyone looking for an agent worth the weight in gold.

Brett was absolutely amazing and there for us every step of the way. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers, and we were looking at multi family homes. Brett went above and beyond for us, especially when it came to inspection time and negotiations. He was always honest with us and had our best interest at heart. Buying our current home had a lot of moving parts, but Brett made it as smooth as he could and we can not thank him enough. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Seecharran was hands down the best realtor I could have asked for. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and he never made me feel like any of them were silly. He was always responsive, kept me in the loop at every step, and genuinely had my best interests at heart. His market knowledge was impressive. He helped me find the right home in the right neighborhood and made sure I understood everything I was signing up for. When it came to negotiations, he worked hard to get the seller to contribute toward closing costs, which made a huge difference for me. What really stood out was his professionalism and patience throughout the whole process. Buying a home is stressful, but Seecharran and his team made it feel manageable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy in New Orleans or Greater New Orleans region.

Everything was perfect.
