Keri communicated very well throughout the process and kept me updated on progress. She offered suggestions to improve the ability to sell our home. Keri took the initiative to get some minor items completed for me such as painting the shutters, replacing AC registers, replacing canned lights to brighten up the room, and staging the house to help with the selling process. Keri gave me very helpful guidance to negotiate based on what I was looking for as far as timing and sale price.
