When my father passed away and I needed to sell the home to settle the estate I turned to Rose Fogarty to provide advice. I live out of state and was not aware of the current real estate market and what was needed to ready a home for sale. Rose toured the property and provided a detailed list of what needed to be improved to ready the home for sale. Once we had the work completed, Rose suggested a listing that was much higher than what I had seen online for comparable properties. Rose was much closer to the market and knew the market was rapidly pricing higher than the comparable sales that I had found. We followed her recommended price and received several offers the first day, and accepted an offer that was actually higher than our listed price.
