He was great a negotiating a good price as well as ensuring several important issues were taken care of. He is detailed, responsive but mostly he was very fun to work with! I highly recommended Dan!

Brett was absolutely amazing and there for us every step of the way. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers, and we were looking at multi family homes. Brett went above and beyond for us, especially when it came to inspection time and negotiations. He was always honest with us and had our best interest at heart.
