Clorissa came to use as a referral from my brother, who recently closed on a home this past year. Having numerous friends in this industry, it was hard for us to pick one, so we went with someone "out of the blue" but came highly recommended....and boy are we glad we did. Clorissa was patient and very informative as we were on the hunt for our forever home. We have numerous "must have's" when it comes to finding this home. After months of searching and roughly 4/5 houses toured, we made an offer on our home. We were 1 of 4 offers and Clorissa walked us through the do's and don'ts of what a seller is looking for in an offer.....and she was right! We got the house! She attended the home inspection, meet with the different services throughout the closing window and advocated for us as her client throughout the entire process. On the selling side, she was amazing! She provided insight as to when to go coming soon, when to go live, how to slightly tweak our home for professional photos and orchestrated all of the viewing's with the different realtors to a T. During the open house, she had a food truck present and had over 60 people come through our doors over a 3 hour showing. She again advocated for us as the seller and at the end, we have 6 offers on our home....all above asking price! Excellent experience and if the opportunity comes to work with her again, we wouldn't hesitate. Outstanding agent who went above and beyond our expectations.

Not only can she tell what you should price your house at but —more importantly—why. She knows what buyers want & what you should change in your home to attract them. My advice is listen to her. She hasn’t gotten to where she is without knowing the ins & outs of the market. And if you are looking to buy, Ginger will listen to what you want& what you don’t want! There have been times when we didn’t even know how much something she has suggested would enhance our living arrangements. At the end of the day, when you are having misgivings, call her— she will —very professionally— remind you of where you started & why. Obviously, I cannot say enough positive things about Ginger. If we could give a higher rating, we would. Her knowledge of the market is spot on &

Her style of negotiation is thorough and she worked diligently to achieve the goal of making sure that both parties were satisfied with the outcome.
