I was blessed to have agent like Sunny khan trust worthy, with great knowledge and replied email, text right away. I bought my first house with his sincere help. I normally don't like dealing with my own people unfortunately, unless you are honest and trustworthy like sunny khan. I appreciate you and highly recommend anyone buying first time or regular to go with him. I as a buyer assure you guys will thank him and my review. I dont post many reviews, unless someone really go extra mile and deserves my time.

Armen was our buying agent during our latest home purchase. It was a wonderful experience working with him on the purchase of our home. What we really appreciate is his communication skills, and proactivity, which allowed us to know exactly where we were in each stage of the buying process. He is very personable, and extremely generous with his time. He built rapport with the selling agent very quickly, which went a long way with negotiations. He was constantly reaching out to our lender and escrow officer to make sure all obligations were taken care of without any surprises. His efforts honestly made the entire process run smoothly and stress free. Thank you Armen!
