When we decided to sell our house, we had lots of questions: What was the market value of the house? Was it better to sell "as is", or invest a lot of money to fix the place up to make it worth top dollar? How much of the sale proceeds would be consumed by fees and taxes? Kenny was able to answer all our questions and give us his advice when we asked for it. He held an open house sale that resulted in an acceptable offer. He handled the negotiations with the buyers agent, guided us through the escrow process, handled the scheduling of the many inspections that are required and made the whole complicated process virtually worry free for us. He is the realtor I will absolutely use again if the need arises.

My sister passed away in late 2021. Her home was on Westlake Island. Mary Kay sold the property for me. I found her very knowledgeable not only about real estate processes but about the properties on and near Westlake Island to help assess other sales and listings (the locations and layouts of the houses, the improvements made, prior owners, etc.). She also knows professionals in the area to (1) perform work to get homes in shape to sell and (2) help counter the findings of buyers' inspectors. I was an absentee seller without much knowledge of the area. Mary Kay guided through the entire process and was very responsive to my questions and to keeping the sales effort active. Initially she told me what she thought the house should go for, but an appraisal at the date of my sister's passing came in higher. On Westlake Island, prices dropped in early 2022 compared to what they had been before Christmas; so it took some time to realize that the market would not support the appraised price. Eventually Mary Kay and I sold he property for about her initial estimate. I could not be more pleased with Mary Kay's efforts representing me!
