Buying my new home with Aaron has been a great experience! He was more concerned about me getting into a home that I love, versus how he’s going to profit from purchase. He’s knowledgeable about the market and has a great team behind him to support him with any situations that he needs help with. The one thing that I truly appreciated about him is that not only did he know what he was doing, he also cared that I understood the process and was comfortable each step of the way. He wasn’t pushy at all (thank you Aaron) but also brought a good balance of making sure I was aware of the importance of being timely with my decisions as well since the market right now is HOTT. Couldn’t have had a better experience! If I had the money I’d buy another house with Aaron today!

Some even so called #1 agents, were often either arrogant, short with me, pushy, 2 faced, all about money, themselves, their fancy cars and never around to give me the time of day once they got my listing. Johnny was refreshingly different, and the most attentive, down to earth, knowledgeable, amazing agent I have ever worked with. He's like the real estate expert best friend, who was there for me every step beginning to end. He made suggestions, helped me prepare to be sale ready, gave me all the time I needed, walked me through explaining all the state required complicated paperwork, and got me more $ than I ever expected selling my home. Johnny's service went beyond what any other agent has ever provided me, and after even spending a short time with him, I can tell he truly loves what he does, and is in his element. I like that Johnny treats you like a person, not just another listing number, and in marketing videos he focused on promoting my home for sale, not himself (like some other big ego agents did). Johnny is the only trustworthy agent I feel comfortable and confident highly recommending to any family, friends, co-workers. Thanks Johnny! So grateful for everything, your knowledge, kindness, patience, and making what normally would have been a very stressful time, stress free. So happy I overcame my obstacles and called you.
