I hired John and his team to sell my first home. It was the first time I'd ever been through the selling process, and he and his team were attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. I appreciate how they guided me through the process, even when the market presented unprecedented instability and uncertainty. They led the open houses, were engaged with walk-throughs, and took initiative when things needed to get done. This was especially important because I did not live in the area anymore, and needed someone to provide a consistent presence at the property. They were able to negotiate to get the deal done. Paula is amazing. She does everything in her power to make a deal happen, even when the buyer (and seller : ) are stubborn. She helped me quickly buy two investment properties 4 years ago in a very competitive market and now helped me sell both in a super slow market. I don't live close to the properties, so she took care of everything including managing renos and repairs. Her knowledge of the market helped me sell one of the properties in just a couple of weeks. And her persistence with a potential buyer, helped to sell the other property even when a sale was looking out of reach. I highly recommend her. She knows her market well.
