Time was of the essence in finding our new home. Sam devoted many of his weekends to house hunting with us - for several weeks we saw 15+ houses per weekend. Finally, after seeing a mere 65 houses (LOL), we found our dream home. Sam wasted no time negotiating with the sellers. The next day, within a matter of minutes, Sam convinced the Sellers to forego having an open house because WE were their buyers. He even got them to contribute a good chunk of change towards our closing costs. When our broker failed to secure our loan in the twelfth hour Sam stepped in with his broker and together they negotiated with the Sellers for an additional 30 days to secure funding. I remember the Sellers' agent saying about Sam, "This guy right here is the reason you got the house." She went on to say that it was because of Sam's honesty, his open communication, and lack of posturing that she and the Sellers were willing to extend us an additional 30 days to get the deal done. The trust that Sam was able to establish with the Sellers and their agent is why we have our dream home today. Would we recommend Sam? We wouldn't recommend anyone else!
