We recommend Al wholeheartedly to anyone looking to work with a stellar real estate agent. We are so grateful to have recently worked with him in purchasing our home. Prior to meeting Al, we’d been house hunting for a significant amount of time in this unpredictable and unprecedented market. We were naturally very stressed and discouraged. Fortunately, Al was such a wonderful fit and really changed our lives, along with our outlook. From our initial meetings he was always calm, very professional, personable, insightful and intuitive in reading us. He consistently took time to listen to our needs and concerns, explained things patiently and thoroughly. He also just went above and beyond in making things happen! Al is very experienced and knowledgeable in real estate, as well as in building / construction. This duality allows Al a vaster perspective and complements everything he’s able to offer his clients, from recognizing structural issues that you might miss, to presenting possibilities in expansion or renovation. Through it all, his assured presence, optimism and solution-oriented mindset, works like magic in keeping you, the client, also hopeful and open-minded. Al also conducts his business with clients and colleagues with integrity, surrounding himself with an extensive network of professionals to call on if needed. If you’re considering a real estate agent, choose Al. He possesses everything you’d hope for in an agent; unapparelled expertise, honesty, patience and a pleasure to work with. We’ll always be thankful to Al and look forward to working with him again!

Kendyl is an awesome realtor and she made what seemed impossible for young homebuyers a reality in such a hard market! Our family is so thankful to the help she provided and we are so happy we got our home where we did for the price that we did. She looked out for us and made sure that we were super informed and not taken advantage of as first-time homebuyers. I would HIGHLY recommend!
