Paula is absolutely amazing. My wife and I just got married, which we wanted to do after buying our first house. We would not have gotten the amazing house we got without Paula's expertise and tireless advocacy on our behalf. She showed us dozens of homes over a period of months, and she never put any pressure on us to buy. There were even times when she told us NOT to buy, or to wait until we saw a few more. Our best interest was always her priority. She is such an expert on every single part of the home buying process. She told us what to look for, what to avoid, and everything in between. When we were ready to put an offer an a place, she helped us negotiate the best price, and helped us get our offer accepted, even though the house had many offers. We even had to remove an offer on a previous place after an inspection, and she was totally cool with it. In addition to all that, she is just absolutely delightful to be around. She keeps it real, she's fun and she's easy going. Even after purchasing our house, we've stayed in touch with Paula and she continues to offer us advice on home insurance and more. Plus, we referred some friends to her, and they just bought their house with her help too. They received the same treatment we did. If you are serious about buying a house, you need Paula on your team.
