Armand was continually supportive throughout my entire selling process whether it was with easily understood and forthright advice, contact with vendors, my existing tenant, and finally down to the last details involving coordinating scavenger services and installing smoke detectors. He was always friendly and I felt comforted knowing I was in the hands of someone extremely knowledgeable about the local market. He managed to advise me with concrete and timely information and analysis while not being condescending. Armand made me feel confident in my decisions both large and small. Being an out of state seller it is crucial that I have an agent with the utmost integrity to represent my best interests. From the first interaction, with his thorough reports of the current comparables, to the last moment of my closing, he was always professional and at the same time approachable. Armand was always clear about any shortcomings as well as positives about my home as I prepared it for sale. As a real estate investor owning a single family home this was crucial as my audience would be home owners instead of landlords, typically. I needed remote help executing this out of state sale and to my surprise I never once had to make the 5 hour flight to tend to this transaction. My in state realtor, whom I have worked with in the past and currently, had nothing but high praise for Armand during the entire process. She completely appreciated working with him and made me feel I had chosen wisely in Armand. If you want experience, knowledge, real guidance, and an open line of communication throughout your selling or buying process I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Armand.

First and foremost, I have had five real estate transactions with Molly over the past fifteen years, so I am confident that I speak with authority (two different home sales, three different home purchases the most recent in December 2024). Molly has an incredible amount of experience which is beneficial in many ways. She knows 'the business' and has strategic knowledge for buying or selling a home. The last sale she assisted me with was a divorce sale, and she agreed to co-list with another agent, which was a blessing. I knew she had MY best interest at the forefront and kept the other party from delaying or sabotaging positive results. I honestly could not have done it without her, and got well above list price. In addition, Molly has a wide network of colleagues from contractors to staging, inspectors, and even specialty services like chimney refurbishing. I was on a tight timeline in this last sale, and ALL of the inspectors fit me into their schedule "because you are with Molly". Molly is not a transactional realtor, she was in constant contact with me via text and email and went above and beyond in personalized service (even coming to help pack up and clean the house). When a wind storm delayed construction, she navigated it all and allowed me to move in on time, and still got all the needed work done before close of escrow. Molly is a true gem, an exceptional, professional and realtor. Her experience is paramount, but it comes with her kindness and huge heart.

My wife and I are over-the-moon happy with how our home buying process turned out. We absolutely love our new home! With Molly’s help and partnership, our dreams came true and we can’t wait to live here for years to come! Some highlights: - From the start Molly was super supportive, understanding, truly listened to our every thought and concern. Offered a perfect style of helpful and informative dialogue that made it digestible for 1st time home buyers like us. - From there via a combination of deep market knowledge, a connected network that Molly knows well across the area, to a strong collaborative team for financing and construction typed questions, Molly somehow performed a MIRACLE and found us our perfect house, more than we expected for our budget, all within basically a week of working together and basically within the first house or two we even saw! No one could ever guarantee results as good as ours, but while our story is too good to be true, it is true and we love our house. - Additionally beyond all that, to mention, Molly’s work ethic made our house possible in like dozens of ways we could not have imagined. Her hard work CANNOT be discounted on our purchase. Our house isn’t brand new, but had been upgraded in many ways, so overall wasn’t straight forward. Molly made friends in city planning departments, pulled original drawings, got to the bottom of things (literally figuring out complexities with our foundation!) and in general gave us a clear picture of what we were buying, what needed work, and what was already really good, so didn’t need attention. In the end, so happy to have worked with Molly. Can’t recommend her enough. Hope everyone’s real estate story is as good as ours when working with her.

This wasn't our first time going through selling a home, but it was definitely our best experience. Considering the down turn in the market and the amount of money we had sunk into a remodel prior to selling - we were nervous/anxious (truly terrified) as we stepped into the sales process. I hesitate to say Molly made miracles happen, only because expectations might end up too high to achieve... but - for us - Molly made miracles happen. :) She was there at every turn and went so far above and beyond to get us a sale at the highest possible price (and with the best possible buyers). We can't recommend her enough... we're just glad we took the recommendation from our friends who also had a fantastic experience on their home sale with Molly. She's the absolute best!
