When we decided to sell our home, we had no idea how quickly, how easily, and for how much money it would sell. We consistently undervalued our property and the enthusiasm with which the community would great its sale. Tony Buttitta insisted our little cottage was worth well over $1M, and would sell within a few weeks. He was right. Tony sold our home for $300k more than we expected and, by the time he was done, we had over 20 offers on our home. Our experience with him as our broker was fantastic. Always available, always interested in our concerns, he was en enormous help guiding us through the sale. I would recommend him and Domo in a heartbeat.
