Terry Ballentine is a fantastic agent. From my initial contact with him, Terry's clear communication and explanation of the sale process, what he would do personally to market the property, his deep knowledge of the newest real estate regulations, made choosing him for the listing easy. For every single step, Terry reached out by phone, text, or email, and he replied nearly immediately whenever I had a question. I felt confident throughout the process. Terry advertised well, and made my property visible. He was prompt with photography follow-though, made showing appointments the day after listing, consulted with me about the offer process, had documents to me right away, and worked hard! I am grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and expertise. Terry is easy to work with and an expert in his field.
