One could not have had a better experience working with Judy. When I didn't know what to do, she provided patient support and leadership. When what I needed to do was overwhelming, she rolled up her sleeves and got to work with me. When I was convinced that the value of the property was limited, she dug into the comps and showed me how to get twice what I had been willing to take. And finally, after purchase had begun and problems surfaced upon inspections, she negotiated fair and equitable repairs and a resolution that saved the sale and closed the deal without breaking a sweat! OUTSTANDING!
