His suggestions on minor repairs and the implications of what to expect if I didn't do the repairs were helpful. Alternatively, he compared the estimated price increase if I did the repairs. He also spotted a few things that I did not initially realize, which may have caused some challenges later on. His attention to detail was exceptional.
