When we met Kim we found her to be very nice and easy to talk to. Our list for a home had a numbers of items we wanted plus the usual needs. We did have 2 rooms that were a must, large kitchen and primary suite. Once we started looking she was willing to drive some distance to look at homes we thought would work and help us see things that were not up to our standards.
