It turned out that we passed on that particular Lot but hired Joan to help us find "Our Slice of Paradise". Probably one of the Best choices we could have made. Not only did Joan help us find our Home but also hooked us up with an Awesome Mortgage Lender after my initial Choice for a lender turned out to be one of my more poorer Choices.
