As he knows the Fort Myers area very well, he was also extremely knowledgeable about the areas we would like to live in, and what it has to offer (parks, golf, restaurants, etc). He was also very helpful when it was time to negotiate the purchase price of the house, and following the inspection report (always a plus). But it doesn’t stop there. Once we closed, he was (and still is) also always there to provide contact info from contractor, pool person, cleaning services and so on.
