Since we were relocating from several states away and only marginally familiar with the area, David was invaluable in helping us navigate the area, locate potential homes and set up multiple viewings over a long weekend to see and compare our top choices. David was great in helping find a great mortgage broker and inspector and walking us through the entire purchase process. He was a great negotiator on our behalf during purchase and closing. Finally, since we closed remotely he helped us make sure all documents were explained and where and how to get them signed, notorised and sent back to ensure a proper closing.
