We met Andrew when we were looking for a condo in Punta Gorda. He showed us some properties there but we did not find what we were looking for. However, we went back to NC and later saw a condo on line in Cape Coral which had all the features we were looking for so we called Andrew and he looked at the property and sent us pictures along with his honest assessment. We ended up buying the condo. Andrew worked with us over the phone and the internet and met us for the closing. Andrew is very knowledgeable in real estate and very professional. He is also pleasant to work with. We will definitely contact him again if we have a need for a realtor.

Market knowledge, communication, follow through, product knowledge, financing, procedure, network, availability and process are all important but none of this matters if your agent doesn't provide the service and deliver for you.
