I wanted someone who would be able to walk us through the process and ease our minds. Margie was all of that and then some for us and made the usually stressful process a very positive experience. She explained things thoroughly and was patient with us, she gave us advice on how to negotiate the offer and it paid off as we were able to get the home we wanted. She's a good communicator, very responsive to emails and texts and had made herself very available throughout the whole process.
