When a tree went through the ceiling of our home a week before we were scheduled to close on its sale, Kara navigated communications with the buyers and their realtor so well that the closing was only postponed by about 3.5 weeks, so repairs could be completed on the home. When we had any questions or concerns, Kara was able to answer everything with certainty and always responded very quickly. We entered every negotiation with confidence knowing that Kara had our best interests as her utmost priority. I could not recommend working with Kara enough and truly believe you couldn’t find a better agent.
