Once I had made my choice, he was very instrumental in guiding me through the process of offering and then countering. With every step, the deal got stronger and gained momentum, until we had settled on a price, at which point he was ready with lender referrals. His very well established working relationship with the lender made my transition from a shopper to a buyer an easy one. He was always available to answer questions, provide insight, and guide me at every turn. I recommend him very highly !
