Tim has done an exceptional job selling my house. I first tried to sell my house by owner. I had four open houses and showed the home to 15 potential buyers during that seven week period without any actionable offers. After I signed with Tim my house was sold in two days for full asking price (to a buyer already approved for the loan amount).
