Danyel was great to work with. Initially we did not agree on the list price, but after seeing the comps, we agreed that Danyel's price was where we should be. Danyel gave us excellent advice on our course of action, even though changing course would have made her a better commission. She kept us informed of showings and inspections, and even recommended a handyman to take care of a few items that needed attention. We ended up selling for just under asking price in record time.

I would highly recommend this person. We hired Felicia after having a horrible experience with a representative from a unnamed well known company. To a point a lawyer had to get involved to pull us out of the contract. Leaving me with a bad taste of realtors in my mouth. She was persistent we had two homes to sell. I told her what a bad experience we just got out of, realtor who lied and stolen from us. I gave her my husband house to sell first; our homes had been on the market for over a year. We gave her the business she sold his house in 3 weeks, so fast, he moved in with me, then she got my house and dam in two weeks she sold my house. Yes we both got the money we wanted. The other realtor NEVER shown our homes, lied about open houses, had gone through my personal belongings and financials. She is someone you can trust to get the job done. we should had l fired that person long before, because we just kept on loosing money as the market was sinking. Next year we will be down sizing and I will hire her again.

This is our 2nd time working with Lupe. She did amazing, as this time around she helped us with the sell and purchase of our home. Lupe, thank you for the time you took not only to find our new home but for letting us know what to keep in mind as far as future repairs. We are so happy we kept in touch.
