Chicky is one of the best!! She is attentive (there was never a time I couldn’t get an answer, even if the answer was “I’ll call you back”), knowledgeable-her experience was invaluable at every step of this process (researching, negotiating, home inspection etc), she brings a solid team of heavy hitters just like her (lawyer, broker, inspector etc), she went to bat for me and although was sweet as ever with me, she stood up for me with a professional fierceness that only a confident experienced realtor could bring.
