He even drove me to Georgia to look at the home I was interested in just to help me make sure I was making the right decision. Jeremy went far beyond any RE Brooker I have used in the past. We moved from several states away and my agent on my home sale recommended Bill due to his experience and he is highly successful in getting his buyers what they want. From the first conversation with Bill I could tell I was in good hands and if I could just let him do his job everything would work out. Initially I started to jump the gun a bit but Bill assured me that we would find exactly what we needed. In the end I couldn't be happy with the process and Bill's expertise. As a buyer from out of state I needed to rely on Bill to be my set of eyes in Tennessee. Also with his years of experience came access to his list of contractors that he has had first hand experience with. So far all his recommendations were better than expected.
