Tom is a ROCKSTAR! We were living in Colorado and were purchasing a home in Kentucky to retire to. With the Covid-19 travel restrictions it was impossible for us to visit the home that we found for sale on line. Homes that we had been interested in before were being snatched up quickly so we wanted to get an offer in as quickly as possible. Tom made arrangements with our daughter who lives in Kentucky to meet the next day and do a virtual tour of the home with us. We loved it and we were able to be the first offer. This would not have happened if Tom had not made quick arrangements and then made the long drive to the property. He has also continued to help us by finding a company to clean the home prior to our move, dealing with the inspections and attending the final walk through that we could not attend. He did all of this with an anything, anytime, positive attitude. We feel that we not only found a very knowledgeable and competent agent but gained a friend to share good times with in our retirement years!
