I spent a lot of time with Andy looking at several homes all over Kentucky. He came prepared with information sheets , ratings and extensive knowledge of the area I was looking to move to. Andy offered great insights and made the whole process easy. He was willing to work with my selling agent from another state without any hesitation. While I expect this to be the last home I ever purchase, if I needed to I would use Andy again and will refer him to any who need to buy or sell.

Kathy Dick was very helpful from the beginning when we started looking for a home and even after we closed on our home. We had no clue about what was needed as far as a home inspection, termite inspection etc. She helped us with the right connections there. She did really great job communicating between us and the sellers. We shared with her What we were looking for exactly and she narrowed down our options.
