After relocating & buying & selling various homes in Ohio, Minnesota and Kentucky, i have had the opportunity to work with many real estate agents. My expectations are very high on working with real estate agents accordingly. Johnda McGuire is the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. My family and I worked with Johnda out of state (we live in Ohio) to market & sell two homes in Ashland, KY. Johnda has the expertise to not only market & sell homes, but she has the ability to problem solve and is proactive to identify issues & opportunities early and quickly offer up solutions to connect us with the right vendors to get repairs/updates done very quickly & affordably. Anyone looking to buy or sell in Ashland, KY or the surrounding areas we would highly recommend Pam. We just purchased our first home and closed today. Pam made the entire process easy and smooth.
