After relocating & buying & selling various homes in Ohio, Minnesota and Kentucky, i have had the opportunity to work with many real estate agents. My expectations are very high on working with real estate agents accordingly. Johnda McGuire is the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Johnda has the expertise to not only market & sell homes, but she has the ability to problem solve and is proactive to identify issues & opportunities early and quickly offer up solutions to connect us with the right vendors to get repairs/updates done very quickly & affordably. She knows how to get things done in Ashland! I also found her very responsive and accessible. She worked tirelessly for my 85 year old aunt and uncle to get their house sold.
