Was moving to Kentucky and needed a Kentucky real estate agent. found Kathleen on google with all 5 star reviews. After talking with Kathleen, found her to be very knowledgeable in real estate. Had Kathleen represent us in purchasing a home. Found Kathleen to always be on top of all issues with the purchase. I have to say she has earned all the 5 star reviews.

This is our 2nd time working with her, the first to sell our house, and now with buying one. She was even more fantastic this time, if that’s possible. She drove from Somerset to show us houses in Paris, Versailles, Lexington, Winchester, Harrodsburg, and Nicholasville. Distance is not a barrier for her! She is committed to helping her clients find what they want and where they want. And we never would have found this wonderful house we just bought without her help and guidance. After being outbid a few times, we were getting discouraged, but Tina didn’t give up and found us a house that made us grateful the others had fallen through. I cannot recommend her enough. We now have a realtor for life, as well as a friend. Two BIG thumbs up!!
